C'est ce degré de magnificence qu'Obsidian Tongue vise dans A Nest of Ravens in the Throat of Time. A celles et ceux qui espèrent "voir du pays" (très fréquemment fantasmé dans notre imagination) avec le raw black metal folklorique d'Akvan, je vous conseille de mettre vos a priori orientalistes de côté : sa première démo Born Ov Fire ne vous donnera pas ce que vous cherchez. Ou pas "exactement" comme vous le cherchez. S'il y a une couleur locale iranienne dans ce que fait Vizaresa, ce qui prime n'est pas le folklore mais l'Histoire. Son black metal est solennel, il porte le poids des années.
